Why eventually? Well, because I don’t quite know where I’m gonna sell it yet. And until I know I can’t give any sort of timeframe. I hope to know more information in the next week, so keep an eye out here for more info.

Now… to tell you what Accessoreyez is. Accessoreyez is an eye add-on pack for Victoria 4. Using the new mapping for V4 it allows for new and creative things to be done with the eyes.

Accessoreyez allows the user to turn any regular eye into a fantasy eye, and when combined with already existing fantasy eyes it allows for even more customization of characters and images. Give your cyberpunk images more realism with barcodes and data transfer wires on the eyes, or give your forest fae a ring of leaves around the eye. Or just give your V4 eye tattoos that express her personality.

Just arrived, new art!

Despair is the first piece in my Blue Moods Series. (Don’t ask about the others yet, they’ll get here when they get here).

A beautiful angel sits in solitude, naked and vulnerable to the mood surrounding her.

This piece is being released as wallpapers, an avatar, and on merchandise in both my cafepress and printfection stores.

Kara and Karo is a set for Aiko and Hiro that uses unique digitally painted skin textures for the perfect anime look. Featuring not only the unique skin, but also anime inspired body paints on both characters they are the perfect compliment to both regular and fantasy renders.

Things may be interesting around the wallpaper pages over the next few days. In an attempt to decrease page load times I’m gonna switch from the current method of posting full size images with an HTML resize to posting zip files with a much smaller thumbnail on the wallpaper page. The zips will include a readme file also so that any pertinent information is included along with the image. And since the front page image will be a proper sized thumb and not an HTML resize the clarity will be significantly better and not as garbled looking as some of the images currently look.
The new system will also let me switch from two pages of wallpapers dependent on size, to one page with the corresponding zips.

Another change that is coming to the wallpapers is the standardization of image formats. Currently there is a mix of .png images and jpegs. With the new system I will have all the images standardized to jpeg.

Currently I plan to make no similar changes to the avatar page since the images are significantly smaller and there would be no gain in doing so.

As these changes are implemented please be aware that downloading of wallpapers may be sporadic. I’ll try to make the transition as smooth as possible, but as with any changes expect some bumps. Also if you experience sudden problems, try refreshing the web page or clearing your cache. That way you have the most up to date page while I’m working on it.

Once again I am making the statement that changes are coming to the site.

Already Happened:

• I’ve added a terms and conditions page for use of the free art (wallpapers and avatars) that I offer here. Please read this. And know that it only clarifies better the loosely stated terms from before. This was added to protect my rights as an artist, and to clarify your rights as an end user.
• The Poser Freebies page is now a standalone page and not lumped in with the other freebies pages.

Things to look for:

• Expansion and organization of the poser freebies as a separate category. The main poser freebies page has already become a separate category. Look for the addition of sub-pages as I organize old freebies into categories. I plan to keep the most recent freebies on the main page, but will rotate them into their respective category as new freebies are added.
• New Wallpapers and avatars. I’ve neglected adding many new images even though they are ready for upload and addition to the pages. Look for these soon.
• Organization of sidebar links. Probably won’t make much difference to ya’ll, but I’ll like it better.
• Links to a new Dreams in Digital Art store at Printfection. Many of the same images from the Cafepress store will be available, but on different products for an even better selection of unique ways to own pieces of this art.
• Look for new products and images at both the Cafepress and Printfection Stores.

Also keep your eyes open for teaser images from a new commercial wip. Currently in beta testing this new product for Victoria 4 will change the way you look at fantasy eyes.

The Candy Shoppe is currently nearing completion. This package for AvaLon’s The Sweetest for Aiko will feature 7 delicious, candy (or sweet) inspired, texture sets. It will also include coordinating hair mats for the XinXin hair. Below are just two of the texture sets from this package: Sherbert and Lollipop. Check back for more info or to see if there is an opening for Beta Testers.

With Nanowrimo over, and more work to now be done on the Dreams In Digital Art page expect some weirdness in the near future as I revamp the site. I’ll try to keep the site in as nice as condition as possible while I work on it, but as I mess around in the stylesheets and what not it may look strange occasionally.
